Call for Exhibitors
The exhibitor space will be in a central location–Freeborn Hall Courtyard on Wednesday, September 12, 2007 and Thursday, September 13, 2007–to allow for maximum person flow and booth exposure. The space includes a table top, two chairs, one electrical connection, company name and logo included in the conference materials and on conference website and one complimentary conference registration. Please bring your own shade–hat or umbrella! The cost is $500 for two days and is FREE for non-profit organizations. Exhibitor materials can be included on the post-conference CD-ROM mailed to all attendees.

- Visibility, recognition and credibility in the walking and bicycling profession.
- Ability to influence a growing field that has the potential to have profound impacts on how Californians and Americans lead their daily lives.
Participant Obligations
- Make a commitment to attend the conference and to be present at the time scheduled.
- Register and pay speaker registration fees (or Exhibitor fees for Exhibitors).
- Provide educational materials and information during speaking role rather than marketing materials.
- Allow conference coordinators to record your session for potential display on the conference web site.
- Allow conference coordinators to post final copies of presentation, poster or success story on the conference web site.
- Check in at least 15 minutes prior to your speaking role to ensure that the proper logistics are covered.
- Abide by the length of time given for your speaking role.
Conference Coordinator Rights
- Select any or none of the submissions.
- Contact the applicants before, during or after the submission for clarification or potential changes.
